My goal was to get under 160 lbs, and I did, so I’m happy about that. I liked the food, surprisingly. I think that now I have the education on how we are supposed to eat and I know how I feel when I eat that way, I think it’s going to be hard to go back to the way I did eat before.
I missed my mark of 30lbs [of weight loss] by 2lbs, I have lost 7” around my gut and I’m down two pant sizes and 1 shirt size. I found the determination and changing my mind set allowed me make changes in a short amount of time.
